The department seeks to activate the role of Saudi women in the national economic development process, and increase their contribution through planning, implement, and regulating all activities that support and enable women to join the labor market in accordance with both the Council of Saudi Chambers’ strategy and Islamic sharia.
Supporting and training women as part of the general plan of the women’s department, in alignment with the Council of Saudi Chambers’ strategic goals and plans.
•Developing executive programs to implement agreed upon plans after getting approved by concerned bodies.
•Contributing to developing plans and programs that help chambers of commerce activate women’s role in the labor market in all Saudi regions.
•Studying issues related to women in the labor market and their contribution to economic development.
•Developing capabilities of Saudi women, and facilitating challenges that hinder their participation in the economic development process, in accordance with Islamic sharia.
•Participating in events inside and outside the Kingdom related to women recruitment.
•Proposing recommendations as regards developing regulations that support women recruitment.
