Chamber of Commerce was established as a branch of the Chamber of Qassim
in 1400 AH and continued as such until the issuing of the ministerial
decree No. 267/8/1/10324/p dated 14/09/1431 which decided the
establishment of an independent chamber of commerce in the region of
contribute to the development of the local and national economy,
particularly within the province of Alrass through cooperation and
coordination with the business sector and serving businessmen as well as
by cooperating with the government sector and all relevant authorities
within the framework of general trends of the Kingdom.

sector is considered as a partner of initiatives in human and financial
developments under Islamic values.
• Updating the Chamber’s departments and electronic infrastructure.
Developing and gradually expanding the Chamber’s internal sections,
training of staff, and attracting qualified staff and serving associates
in a quick, sophisticated, and distinctive service manner.
• Finalizing committees and activating their work.
• Supporting localization programs of jobs in the private sector.
• Completing the agreement with the Human Resources Development Fund that support SME’s.
Preparing a clear picture of the Chamber Website so that communication
between the associates and the Chamber can take place, and such
communication with associates can be observed throughout the site.
Printing a commercial manual including a calendar and setting a vision
for a magazine or pamphlet especially designed for the Chambers.
Carrying out work meetings with government department directors to
establish cooperation between the Chamber and these departments to
overcome the obstacles that investors and businessmen face.
