The requirements to obtain the necessary approvals to hold forums, conferences and economic or trade meetings whether local or international with foreign participation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia according to the provisions of the Royal Decree No. 9388 / m b, dated 27/7/1426 A.H., and the Royal Decree No. 7736 / m b, dated 5/9/1428
