The National Real Estate Committee in the  Council of Saudi Chambers enhanced  its efforts to rehabilitate and train Saudi youth to careers related to the industry of real estate in order to settle the functions of this vital sector and to meet its needs of the  national labor since the Committee agreed with the General Organization for Technical and Vocational Training on the preparation of Diploma programs  of the real estate sector to  find qualified Saudis capable of leading the work  in the real estate sector.

The Chairman of the Committee Hamad bin Ali Alshuweir clarified  the compatibility of views between the Committee and the General Organization for Technical and Vocational Training during the meeting held by the two parties last Tuesday at the headquarters of Council of Chambers to discuss the mechanisms of cooperation between the two sides and their contribution in the preparation of qualified and trained Saudis through the curriculum and high training standards that keep pace with the requirements of the next phase in the real estate market.  He also said that the organization greatly welcomed to work on training and rehabilitation Saudis in the real estate industry and in related occupations through strengthening  the partnership since a permanent working group has been created  between the National Real Estate Committee in  the Council of Chambers and the General Organization for Technical and Vocational Training to work on  translating ideas and proposals which had been put for practical programs and  implementing recommendations for the preparation of the real estate Diploma  programs.

Alshuweir clarified  that among the recommendations reached by the participants in the meeting is establishing a committee under the name of  Real Estate  Committee in the General Organization for Technical and Vocational Training and the Organization in coordination with the National Real Estate Committee will  contribute to attract graduates of accounting and marketing departments in technical colleges and give them intensive courses  in real estate sector.

He said "This   cooperation between the Committee and the Organization represents an extension of the continuous efforts have been made by the Committee at various levels and with different sides in order to find unified programs, curricula and diplomas in real estate with high quality that help in the preparation of national qualified potentials and provide job opportunities in the real estate sector". Moreover, he said that it is not possible to talk about the resettlement of the functions of the real estate sector without the hard work on the rehabilitation and training  Saudi youth to work in this sector in its various specialties, which became aware of a National Real Estate Committee in the Council of Chambers and  it sought for a long time to document its partnership with various academics and training sides to reach this goal.

He also noted about the efforts of the General Organization for Technical and Vocational Training and its leading role in the field of rehabilitation and training. In addition, he said that the experience of the Organization and its high capabilities in this area and the experience of the National Real Estate Committee in the Council of Chambers regarding the needs and requirements of the real estate sector in the Kingdom including professions, jobs and training programs  promote  the expectations for the success of this successful partnership between the two sides and their positive impact in terms of  raising the level of qualification and training for those working in the real estate sector and to meet its growing needs of the professions and jobs in the various disciplines involved.

Alshuweir referred  to  the importance of  rehabilitating  young Saudis to work in the real estate sector in light of  increasing property of the market, both  in residential and commercial markets after  the economic boom  experienced by the Kingdom, where it is estimated to  build between 164 thousand to 200 thousand  residential units per year to meet the growing demand. As  it is expected that there is a need to build 2.62 million housing units until 2020.  He also expected that  the coming period will witness unprecedented prosperity for this sector based on the number of data such as the availability of liquidity, interest in developing plans in the real estate sector, the increase in the portion reserved for it in the general budget of the State, increase allocations to the beneficiaries of real estate loans and facilities and the increase of volume of credit bank . Also, the issuance of the real estate financial regulations, including mortgage system and the establishment of commission  for certified residents will encourage the real estate sector.

He said, "All these positive indicators carries with it significant challenges and put a great responsibility on the concerned sides for planning for this sector and on its workers, especially it is one of the largest sectors of operating labor and  that can be exploited by working hard to train young Saudis  to take advantage of thousands of expected jobs in this sector in light of the current and future boom "
