Vision:
Making the recruitment activity one of the highly regulated economic activities by increasing the level of services provided by private recruitment offices to those benefiting from the sector.
Mission:
Supporting and protecting the interests of private recruitment offices, raising awareness of the concept of sharing experiences with others, and removing the sensitivity of having to use foreign expertise and staff, seeing as it does not conflict with the Saudization policies and programs.
Objectives:
1- Protecting the common interests of private recruitment offices.
2- Studying and reviewing the regulations and orders in force related to the recruitment sector.
3- Highlighting the role of the recruitment sector in the media and identifying its importance.
4- Coordinating with the corresponding committees in the Chambers of Commerce and Industry, discussing their views and keeping them informed by the National Recruitment Committee procedures.
5- Preparing studies and research on the recruitment sector.
