The idea of establishing a Coordination Council for National Committees
The idea of establishing a Coordination Council for National Committees originated from the meeting of His Excellency the Minister of Trade and Industry, Mr. Abdullah bin Ahmad Zainal Ali Redha, with heads of the national committees at the Council of Saudi Chambers on 16/01/1430 AH, corresponding to 13/01/2009, where His Excellency issued an ordered to form a coordination council that includes all heads of national committees. This council selects a team of (7-10) of the heads of national committees to communicate with the corresponding team in the Ministry of trade and Industry on a permanent basis to exchange concerns and opinions of the different economic sectors and discuss them.
- Contributing to the implementation of the specialties required by the Chambers of Commerce and Industry and the Council of Saudi Chambers, which are also mentioned in the system of chambers of commerce and industry.
- Contributing to the making of decisions related to the business sector.
- Adopting general issues with national economic aspects, which have a direct or an indirect impact on the business sectors and avoiding individual opinion.
